Mix up on delivery was a nightmare. UPS # meant nothing to local privately owned UPS STORE. Spent an hour trying to get that straight. checking computer for UPS label to print took waiting till the next day. My reluctance to let any online device or program talk or link with any other had me downloading toe link to the label and clicking on DOWNLOAD only to be sent another link. Finally let the link talk to my printer and it went right through. Dropped by the store at lunch and it was all EZ from there.

All the above, to me, indicates this does not happen often, as did the actions and reactions of your good staff. If it happens again let the luddite on the other end know to go directly to their printer.

The 10" smooth cuts look great. Just what I needed.
